All of the information you provide to Car Stereos Online is for the purpose of processing your order only. Your information will not be sold, traded, shared, or anything of that nature. We only use the information you provide to us to get what you ordered to you. Only information that is needed to complete an order through a third party will be given out. We have agreements with the third parties that we do business with to ensure that your information is private and not given to anybody.
When you buy from Car Stereos Online, the only thing you will get is what you ordered. Any emails sent to you are directly connected to the order that you placed. There will be no solicitations of any sort sent to you via email, phone, or regular mail. We also purchase products online and want our information to be kept confidential. It is in this respect that we want to extend to you the same courtesy that we expect. Ordering and Shipment Information
When you order from Car Stereos Online you will get the best service available.
- Orders received before 1 PM EST will be processed on the same day, and in most cases will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 1 PM EST will be processed the same day but probably will not be shipped until the next day.
- Your card will be charged the day your order is processed.
- International Orders will take longer to ship in most cases as they are specially processed.
- Most of our vendors follow these same guidelines and ship out your order the same day but some of our vendors take 1-2 business days to process the order.
- Please take this into consideration when deciding on a shipping method.
- When you place your order you will be email an invoice. On that invoice there will be a link that you can click to view the status of your order. If you have any more questions about your order you can also email status@car-stereos-online.com and we will respond as quick as possible.

When you provide your shipping address please make sure it is a physical address (No PO Boxes Please) and is valid. Also make sure there is a phone number where you can be reached during the day in case there is a delivery problem. All prices are our very best estimates but that is what they are, estimates. If the actual shipping charge is significantly larger than the estimated shipping, we will increase the shipping charge and contact you before processing the order. If you do not respond, we can not process the order. All Prices subject to variation.
International Orders
Car Stereos Online is more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. We can only accept orders from verifiable companies. Orders placed by individuals for themselves can not be accepted. Due to the nature of international orders it will take more time for the following reasons:
- We have to verify that you are who you say you are to ensure proper payment is made
- If we don't have the part here we have to have it shipped here before we can ship it to you, and
- All International Shipments are sent via DHL or UPS. Shipping time varies between 4-8 days depending on where you are located.
- We accept payment for International Orders by Credit Card and Wire Transfer.
- To pay by Credit Card, simply place your order online. In order to process International Credit Card Orders we require that you either email a picture or fax both sides of the credit card you used and a copy of a photo ID or passport to us. You will only need to send this in one time. Once you are verified all orders will be processed when received. Please send emails to info@car-stereos-online.com and faxes to 908-450-9311.
- To pay by wire transfer, put all the items you want into the shopping basket and start to checkout, on the top of the page there is an option for International , click that and fill in the information. You will soon be emailed with the total and the Wire Transfer information.
All International order MUST be shipped to the Bill To address. You can expect your delivery anywhere from 4-14 days after ordering due to many variables. If you have any questions please feel free to email info@car-stereos-online.com with any questions you may have.
Canadian Orders
Car Stereos Online will glady accept orders from Canada. We accept payment via Credit Card and Wire Transfer only. You can ship your order via International or UPS WorldWide Express. Your package may be held up in customs and may take longer than we estimate.
Canadian Shipments might be subject to Duty, Brokerage, G.S.T., P.S.T. and other import taxes which will be collected by the driver upon delivery. KVM Switches Online has no control over these charges and does not collect them. These charges are based on the value of the product in Canadian dollars.
Return Policy
At Car Stereos Online we want to ensure that you are happy with your order.
- Products returned within 25 days of purchase with be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee (5% if unopened)
- Please check your equipment upon receipt to make sure it is ok. If it is damaged email damage@car-stereos-online.com within 3 days to arrange a replacement.
- Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Returns and exchanges take between 5 and 10 days.
- No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Click here to complete the RMA Form .
- You will receive a confirmation of your RMA request along with a RMA number and return shipping instructions.
This process could take up to 3 days.
- Any returns that we receive that have not been given a RMA number will be refused.
- The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label and the RMA form that we have approved must be enclosed in the package.
- Credit can only be given to approved returns that arrive in good condition with a valid RMA number given to you by Car Stereos Online .
- If the product is defective, you will be given a replacement upon receiving the defective unit. No refunds are given for defective merchandise.
- Credit processing may take up to 30 days to complete.
Sales Tax Information
Car Stereos Online is based in New Jersey. New Jersey residents are liable for the sales tax of the city and state which they reside in. The minimum tax rate charged in New Jersey is 6% for state tax and others may be applicable. There may be a need for tax to be added after your order is placed due to a software oversight. If this is the case you will be contacted prior to processing the order. If this is the case, we can't process the order until we contact you so make sure you give us the correct phone number and email address.
Warranty Information
Car Stereos Online only sells brand new Car Audio and Mobile Electronic equipment. You will receive your purchase in the original manufacturer packaging with their warranty information enclosed. All products do come with a warranty and we also stand behind the products that we sell. The warranties vary in length by manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
